We have gotten a lot of requests for materials to make masks to help combat shortages.  Here is what we have figured out so far and what we can offer.  It is suggested by a number of outlets that masks materials should be from either a 100% Cotton Material or 50/50 Poly Cotton with at least a 140 thread count and a tight weave.  Something that is safe against the skin (not much chemical processing) and breathable.  We encourage sewers to use the following products.

1) 54" 100% Cotton Deluxe in White

2) 108" 50/50 Poly Cotton Percale Sheeting (available in 30 colours)

3) 50/50 Classic PC Sateen in White

We have been informed from a variety of sources that pattern #2 is the better option (with two layers of fabric).

Currently at this time we do not have any elastic or ties, only velcro.
